CAEAutomations Trading Bot is a hosted service that monitors your Telegram channels for trading signals and automatically executes them on your MetaTrader 5 account, with precision timing and intelligent risk management. The bot runs on our servers around the clock; you control it from the CAEAutomations app on your PC.

Yes. The app comes with a step-by-step setup guide and sensible default settings that make it straightforward to get started, and support is available to help you through it.

The bot supports all markets available on MetaTrader 5, including Forex pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, etc.), commodities (Gold/XAUUSD, Silver, Oil), indices, and cryptocurrencies, depending on your broker.

You need:
• A Windows 10/11 (64-bit) PC for the app
• An internet connection
• A MetaTrader 5 trading account with your broker
• A Telegram account that is a member of your signal channels
You do not need MetaTrader installed on your PC: the bot runs its own on our servers.

No. The bot runs on our servers 24 hours a day. The app is its control panel: close it or switch your computer off and the bot keeps trading. There is no VPS for you to rent or manage.

The app is built for Windows. On a Mac you can run it inside a Windows virtual machine (VMware, Parallels or VirtualBox). Because the bot itself runs on our servers, the app only needs to be open when you want to check on it or change something.

Once your payment is confirmed we email you a download link for the CAEAutomations app and its setup guide. For security reasons the download link works once and expires after 24 hours, so download and install the app straight away. If you are renewing and already have the app, there is nothing to download: just sign in as normal.

Open the app and choose Activate account, using the email address you paid with. We email you a one-time code; enter it and set a password. There is no licence file or key: your subscription is checked on our side each time you sign in.

The setup guide included with your purchase walks through it. You create a Telegram API application, enter its details in Bot Settings, and confirm the sign-in code Telegram sends you. After that the bot can monitor any channel you are a member of.

Yes. The bot can monitor several Telegram channels at once, and you choose which ones to follow in Bot Settings.

Payment is by MMG (Mobile Money Guyana). Send the exact amount of your plan to our MMG number with the email address you registered with in the description.

The bot stops taking new signals and finishes managing any trades that are already open. It is then paused, with your settings kept, for up to 7 days. Pay again within those 7 days and you carry on exactly where you left off. After 7 days without a payment the bot and everything saved for it (settings, trading and Telegram details, history) are permanently deleted, and a later subscription starts from a fresh bot that you set up again.

Buy a further period from the store with the same email address. Subscriptions do not renew by themselves. If you already have the app we send a confirmation email rather than another download: open the app and sign in as normal.

Yes. Contact support at any time and the prorated difference is calculated from the time remaining on your subscription.

There is a 7-day money-back guarantee on a subscription whose bot has not been started. Once the bot has been started, refunds are assessed case by case. Customers in the EU and UK also have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
