Unactivated license within 7 days of purchase.
Not Eligible
Activated license or purchase older than 7 days.

If you have not activated your license, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. This allows you to evaluate whether our product meets your needs before committing.
Activated Licenses
Once a license has been activated (bound to your computer), refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer:
- Partial refund if significant issues are documented
- License transfer to a different product
- Extended support or troubleshooting assistance
